Rent is due on the first of each month. Most residents use pre-authorized debit; you can also pay online or at the management office. Ask the office to set up pre-authorized debit so you never miss a date. (Confirm the building's accepted methods.)
The management office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed on weekends and holidays. The live status at the top of this page shows whether the office is open right now.
Reservations go through the management office. Stop by or call to check availability and review the booking guidelines and any deposit. Bookings are first-come, first-served.
There's a chute on each floor for household garbage and recycling. Flatten boxes and bag loose items. Bulk items go to the designated area — check the building-info section or ask the superintendent for the current schedule.
Underground parking is fob-access and assigned by request, subject to availability and a monthly fee. Submit the parking application from the documents section or ask at the office.
Yes — residents are required to carry tenant insurance that meets the building's minimum coverage. See the tenant insurance requirements in the documents section for the details to give your provider.
In Ontario, you provide at least 60 days' written notice ending on the last day of a rental period, using Form N9. Download it from the documents section and submit it to the office.
